SKI DUBAI

Ski Dubai is the first indoor ski resort in the Middle East and is a unique mountain themed attraction with ski fields and a Cold Play area along with Mall of the Emirates, one of the largest shopping malls in the world.

DJW were initially contracted to supply and install lighting and audio visual systems into the Cold Play area at Ski Dubai. However, the technical designs were not appropriate to the region of the conditions that the lighting and other equipment would be exposed to inside the Ice Cave. Therefore, DJW were asked to redesign the lighting and AV to meet the clients requirements.

DJW and CSI provided on site supervision of the lighting and final focusing, installation was by the electrical contractor. All AV installation work was carried out by DJW. Ski Dubai has won a number of prestigious industry awards.
