DJW is currently installing vast exciting Audio Visual systems at a new interpretative museum in Bahrain.

DJW was commissioned by Beck Interiors to be the Audio Visual Systems Integrator, working with designers, Ralph Appelbaum Associates and Project Managers Fraser Randall. The museum is scheduled to open in the February, 2010.

The museum will have more than 5 major videoscapes with the biggest at 36m long. All this on walls curved in two different directions and columns every 6m. There is also audio throughout.

DJW has made two entries for these European Awards: Centre of the Cell for the Education category and Nürburgring for the Leisure category.

Centre of the Cell is a stunning new science centre in East London, described by a conference of the European network of science centres and museums as what science centres should be in the future.

Nürburgring is a new theme park at the race track in the Eifel Mountains in Germany. There, visitors can immerse themselves in shows and rides based on motor racing at the famous Nördschleife and Grand Prix circuits.

The Awards will be announced in February 2010.
